EQM 365 Rental – Projects

Monitor your rental projects in Projects with the EQM 365 Rental – Projects app. This app connects EQM 365 – Rental with the Projects module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and keeps track of all rental revenues and costs in the Projects module throughout the project life cycle.

With this app you can easily create job specific prices for Resources, Items or G/L Accounts directly in the rental quote, and by defining EQM Job Templates the app will automatically create a new job once a rental quote is won. You can also define dedicated job tasks for rental equipment, consumables, and services.

Set up internal daily cost on your rental equipment, you can apply direct rental usage cost to the particular job.

Internal job Invoicing on the rental contract will send the periodic rental equipment usage to the connected job. The rental usage can then be invoiced from the Job together with other job usage. This is also useful for companies who are delivering fixed price projects.
